Lam/Baltimore Sun / March 16, 2012 ) Jessica Port, pictured with dog Libby, was turned down for a divorce from her same-sex partner by a Prince George's County judge who said Maryland doesn't recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states. The couple were married in California. Port has appealed the decision, and the state supreme court will hear the case. |
