Josephine C. Terlato has been named Illinois regional manager for the companty's premier division, effective June 1. Terlato, daughter of Terlato Wines CEO Bill Terlato, joins the company from Southern Wine & Spirits Illinois, where she progressed from sales representative roles in suburban and city routes to on-premise district manager. This marks the fourth generation family member to work in the Terlato company. Prior to joining Southern, Terlato taught fourth grade at Gary Lighthouse Charter School in Gary, Ind. as part of Teach for America.
