5. Photos, Video: Florida Cabinet, on the road again

Governor Rick Scott and his cabinet made one of their semi-regular road trips out of Tallahassee for a cabinet meeting, this time to Orlando's Lake Nona, at the Nemours Children's Hospital, Wednesday. Scott was joined by Attorney General Pam Bondi, CFO Jeff Atwater, and Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam. University of Florida and UCF presidents, Bernie Machen and John Hitt, also attended for briefings on the progress of Orlando's Medical City. Among the highlights: Pam Bondi continuing her new tradition of opening Florida cabinet meetings by presenting a shelter animal onstage -- to encourage Floridians to adopt shelter dogs. Wednesday's cute dog moment was from a 6-year-old shepherd mix named Goku, who drew plenty of "awwww"s from the audience.
