  21. DA: Teens Paid College Student Thousands To Take SATs

It's a scam that sounds more like a Hollywood movie plot than a real life crime scheme, but it is very real: a half dozen students with low grades got sky-high scores on their SATs -- for a price. He could ultimately fail the test to stay out of prison for his crimes, and the prosecutor who has brought him to justice says that his case should set a precedent for national reform in how the test is administered.
