Warrant Issued for Bad Boys Toys Co-Owner on Multiple Charges Involving Sale of Illegal Bath Salts

 The Lebanon County District Attorney's Office has an arrest warrant for a Palmyra man resulting from an ongoing investigation into the operation of Bad Boys Toys' stores in Lebanon, Lancaster and Cumberland Counties.

38 year old John Donald Herr faces multiple charges that include: Corrupt Organization, Criminal Conspiracy, Dealing in Proceeds of Unlawful Activities, Delivery of Controlled Substances, Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Designer Drug.

The warrant for Herr's arrest wraps up a three month investigation of a joint task force that began in September 2011.  Herr is accused of being involved in the day to day operation of an alleged criminal enterprise as well as deliveries of controlled substances contained in products known as "bath salts" and synthetic cannabinoids to undercover police officers from the various investigating agencies between September 15 and December 28, 2011.
